SubjectFME-7

For a while I have been working on emu source code of loopyNES. Although quite dated, it is still accurate enough to emulate some of the games requiring more accurate timing (almost getting Marble Madness to work without graphical error).
Here's my problem:

For emulation of the Sunsoft FME-7 Hardware, there is a strange glitch in Gimmick. If I take the little green stuffed animal to a high ledge on the screen and jump to a really low point on the screen (or fall through to the screen below it) it'll bounce up an down, very gradually getting higher and higher. The codes at http://awal.hopto.org (click the nes, then a 'date-link'). I am not sure what exactly is causing this, and I cannot figure out what is going on.
Also, I am not sure if loopy has the same problem in PocketNES, but I cannot see any suspicous differences that cause somthing like this.

If anybody could possibly help me with this one, please reply.

Run the NEStress rom on LoopyNES, I think one of the opcodes is wrong (at least it was in PocketNES in the begining) I don't know if Loopy fixed it in LoopyNES.
