Bin files are just generic binaries. To see how they are formatted, look in the cuesheet. If the cuesheet suggests the bin is mode 1/2352 then the BIN is in 2352 byte chunks, each of which represents a sector. 2048 of those 2352 bytes are actual mode 1 data, the rest are ECC stuff. To see how cuesheets are structured, again, look inside one. Your program probably will only need to look at the first 2048 bytes of every sector unless you want the ECC parity.
