Some time ago, I did a project to make some really nice NES labels. I printed them out on sticker stock, and "laminated" the label with clear 3" wide packing tape; it looks really professional.
I started with a scan of "Duck Hunt" label, and used it as a template in Adobe Illustrator 9.
I then used the parametrically editable duckhunt in vector format to make my own label.
I have posted the scan, and both .ai files. There is also a .pdf, but it looks like the translation is messed up and it looks terrible.

If you have illustrator or a program that can read .ai files, these are a really good starting point if you want a label in the style of the early NES games released by nintendo.
