It probably could, but is not exactly what I want. Like if I wanted to combine an MMC5 chip with a Namcot 106 chip. I want to use the MMC5 for everything and just use the Namcot 106 for sound (probably connect it's audio out pin to MMC5s audio in pin). I'm basic in electronics, but I really want to do this. I guess I need to connect the Namcot 106s necessary pins (the ones I want to use) to the areas they need to be connected to (for input and output) and leave the MMC5 connected to everything. I'd need Of course I'd need a pinout of the Namcot 106 to get it all working, but that's just an example.
That's basically what I'm trying to accomplish.
