I'm building a rom dumper for a school project, and have a few hardware questions. (Warning, i'm a newbie)

Are there any more detailed cart pinouts than http://nesdev.parodious.com/rom.txt? More specifically, why is CHR A13 supplied both active-high (58) and low (65)? Is A13' the chip select? Also, is the clock (37) necessary?

I haven't been able to find any real technical data on the rom chips themselves, especially when it comes to timing. Will there be problems with running these on an 8MHz 68hc11?
