Here it is, if x816 doesn't work on your PC, you should be able to use this to play your NEDs in NSF format. Everything you'd need is included.

I haven't tested it a whole lot. I could've messed something up, so if you notice anything strange with it, let me know.

I'm actually trying to make a own tracker for the moment that should use the ned format for open and save unfortently this is my first sound-using application for windows.. so I'm not sure I will succed =/
