You're not the first person to call for such a thing. And actually, I think it wouldn't be too hard to make. Just needs lots of good music, and some way to sync the game engine to the music data.
I know MCK has a good command for writing to an arbitrary memory location which might be useful for this, and I've written code to sync with NT2's engine before(which was pretty easy, just from looking at NT2's memory label names).
I only played a DDR game once, and I kinda sucked at it. :P
But if someone wants to supply music for it (with corresponding foot-step patterns), and some nifty graphics, I could write the code for it probably without much difficulty. The power pad should be sufficient, since the thing was pretty much designed to be danced around on. :)
