Ah, okay, I see. I'd rather see a lot of songs done over again anyway. Some songs, like Jeff's Theme from Maniac Mansion, would do better with PCM than Square 2 for a bass drum sound methinks. Plus one of the biggest glaring holes in my idea is a lot of songs from the NES loop. They never stop. So you'd have to edit them anyway to give them a proper opening or closing or both and not just a crappy fade out.
