Shit, hold of on doing that until I fix it. God dammit. All my values were correct to Matt Conte's document. Either Matt Conte's document is fucked, or they completely re-did the RGB standard values without telling me in the last 2 years. I'm going to redo all 3 of them with BMF's palette.

.PAL files for emulators use raw HEX values in the format of R, G, B, correct? When I get the answer to that question, I'll pop it out as fast as I can.

Toot wants to use this palette to aid you guys.
