Hooray! It's almost done! The NES Graphics Creator is a program I've made to let those poor people with Windows XP (like me) draw tiles and arrange backgrounds without struggling with its lack of good DOS support. It currently can edit tiles (with lots of nice effects like flipping and rotating), edit palettes, and arrange single-screen backgrounds. It can also save all of these in one project file or import and export tile, palette, and name/attribute table data to raw files. It isn't quite done yet, but I hope to have it on my website before the end of the week. I do plan to continue adding features, so if any of you have always wanted some option in a tile editor, I'd be glad to include it. Hopefully this will prove useful to some of you out there...
