I'd like to have two stationary "frames" on the top and bottom of my screen while the middle (about 240x100), scrolls vertically on demand of the joypad. The middleframe will be all "text." Should scrolling text be sprite or background? Any suggestions on implementing this? Please don't spare any details, or any suggestions no matter how insignificant. I'm sure I can find some source to this somewhere...
