did't it work with you starting up the game, play until say you lose a live (for finding lives), press reset, and go to the code and take note of them and trial and error enter them? (action reply was like this)

Nope, the people at Codemasters had all that figured out for us.

But you can get amusing results sometimes by entering random 6-letter codes, heheh.

I don't know where the actual manual can be found, but here's a bunch of codes.

It didnt just work like I imagined. I plug a game into it and then the GG into the NES and I get a blinking green screen. Your not supposed to push the game down into the NES right?

What do you mean? I was saying push it in and then down the way you do with a game. But actually I figured it out last night. I gues the GG was just dirty. But its working now.

Thanks for your help.

Yeah... I would think you'd have to push it down for it to connect to the system. If it didn't need to be pushed down... why would you have to push any games down?

But whatever. Glad to hear you got it working =)

Accually You dont have to push the game genie down.
All games do so its is about at a 90 deg angle. The game genie is to big to push down so it has a very cool and better solution to do this.

A right triangle ;) when you plug in a game to the genie you will notice there is a strap with a right angle triangle which happens to straigten th game
its looks sorta like this cart -> |\\\ -> Nes

The strap paltic that makes the triangle is on top of the cart. So when you push it into the nes the |\\\ will get tighter and thigther while game gets lowered. Its better then that little push down thingy and thats why games dont flash as much when you use it.
