Well, if the mapper is not supported, it is not accurate at all. ;-)

But, it's very good for all the other games that can be run on it. Look at the technical section of my Dr.PCJr homepage, linked above. That lists some of the inaccuracies of the PCJr compared to the Famicom/NES.
